Role: Learning Coordinator Location: Jersey City, NJ 07302 Duration: 04 Month What is the Opportunity? The Learning Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the launch of all new programs for client Learning. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of client Campus - an enterprise-wide learning management system. Through execution excellence and providing advice and counsel to business partners, this role also coordinates 'end-to-end' delivery logistics for all learning channels delivered globally, to provide a differentiated learning experience. Key Accountabilities: Client Campus, CM People Manager and Ad Hoc Programs Administration Set up and maintain learning data on client Campus for courses, curricula, tests and content, across the full range of delivery channels supporting all business lines globally Deploy learning content and files for internal partners and external suppliers on development and production servers Coordinate data uploads into client Campus from other sources such as 3rd party suppliers (i.e. CSI & IBM). Pay Transparency Notice Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: the individual's skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
