The Student Disability Resource Center (SDRC) is a front-facing service office, serving primarily students with disabilities, but also works with other UCR students, faculty, staff, and community members. The SDRC Testing Center Administrative Assistant provides general administrative and SDRC Testing Center support. Incumbent will give excellent customer service, greeting clientele, providing a welcoming environment, answering questions, and making referrals as needed. The incumbent will be responsible for calendaring, mail processing, phone calls, front office duties, tasks associated with exam accommodation administration, and assisting with proctoring of exam accommodations for students with disabilities. Incumbent will also serve as a financial transactor for the department. This position will serve in an administrative back up support capacity for the SDRC Main Office/Front Desk. Incumbent will be expected to work evening and weekends during high demand periods for the department (e.g., final exams).

The full salary range for the SDRC Testing Center Administrative Assistant is $24.59 - $34.85. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $27.93 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
