Overview Winter 24-25 New Graduate RN - Mercy Adult Acute Care Are you a nursing student about to complete your RN education program or a recent graduate with less than six months of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking full-time New Grad RNs for our Adult Acute Care Residency at Atrium Health Mercy. For more than 100 years, Atrium Health Mercy has treated approximately 80-110 ED and 130-212 in-patients daily with a special combination of human compassion and leading-edge expertise. Continuing Education: Receive up to $1,500/yr. for certifications and up to $3,000/yr. for a degree. Job Summary The RN Clinical Nurse I provides professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies procedures, and/or protocols under the supervision of the nursing leader. Assists in maintaining a safe work environment and performs all related job responsibilities in a safe manner.
