Memorial Rd OKC OK 73120 Shift: Full time, Days Monday -Friday Responsibilities Join Us as a Patient Access Educator - Lead! Are you passionate about shaping top-notch teams and enhancing front office operations? As a Patient Access Educator - Lead, you'll be at the forefront of training and developing our Front Office and Clinical staff, specializing in Registration/Check-In, Clinic Scheduling, and Medical Receptionist procedures. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and adherence to best practices. Key Highlights: Dynamic Training: Craft and deliver engaging training programs on EPIC Systems, Clinic Policies, and Procedures, setting new employees up for success. On-Site Support: Provide ongoing education and hands-on training at our hospitals and over 60 Rural/Urban sites, with travel as needed. Continuous Improvement: Partner with Human Resources to refine onboarding processes and support staff performance with impactful, real-world training. Key Responsibilities: Training Development: Design and deliver training programs for Patient Access and Clinical staff, covering Registration, Check-In, Scheduling, and Billing. Onboarding: Collaborate with HR and Clinic Directors to create onboarding sessions and provide ongoing support for new hires. Performance Support: Monitor staff performance with Clinic Directors, offering additional training and refining programs based on feedback. Skills and Qualifications: Training & Development: Experience in designing and delivering training, ideally in healthcare or office settings. Technical Knowledge: 1 year of medical front office experience with familiarity in EPIC, EMR, and insurance. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage and coordinate training activities. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective training and support. Adaptability: Flexible in adjusting training methods to meet evolving needs and technologies. This role is crucial for upholding high standards and fostering a positive, uplifting culture in Patient Access by ensuring all staff are trained for success. Qualifications Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Experience: 1 year of medical front office experience with familiarity in EPIC, EMR, and insurance.
