Description This position is hybrid/remote and can sit in, Renton/Seattle, WA, Portland/Beaverton, OR, or Irvine, CA office locations. Full-time hybrid position with possible required travel up to 10% of work schedule. The Director oversees change management for the Enterprise Business Applications pillar under the direction of the VP and leads change management initiatives for Providence's enterprise Oracle Cloud ERP, and UK Kronos timecard and workforce management systems. Change Management Develops and implements a comprehensive change management strategy supporting migration, enhancement and changes to the Providence's ERP, timekeeping, and workforce management platforms.
