Academic Support Specialist (PT)

Primary responsibilities include tutoring students in the Writing Center, conducting writing workshops and class orientations, and developing resources to help students with their writing.

Bachelor's degree in English or a related field; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Demonstrated ability to perform duties on own initiative with limited supervision.

Prefer experience in a tutorial, instructional or laboratory setting.
