This is a full-time day opportunity that may require every other weekend of work. Upon completion of six months of consistent employment, there is an opportunity to obtain a wage increase up to $16.50/hour. Job Summary: As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide guidance and encouragement, while building meaningful and supportive relationships with the individuals receiving services. You will advocate for the individuals in all aspects of their life, including community engagement and support in essential living skills. You will also be required to maintain documentation, perform record keeping, and participate in periodic meetings/trainings according to regulations and LSS standards. What We Offer You:
