$6,000 Hiring Bonus!

As a Behavioral Health Clinical Services Manager, you will be responsible for personnel and financial management, provide program oversight, deliver direct client care, and oversee overall operations for the behavioral health services being offered in multiple clinic locations.

You will also be responsible for promoting high-quality service delivery and ensuring that services remain in compliance with state licensing requirements and service standards. This is a management position with direct reports.

Job Requirements:



  • Master's degree required.
  • Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, or LP) required.
  • Meets MN Department of Human Services Treatment Supervision requirements.
  • Clear DHS background study and sexual exploitation screening: (Statute 148A)
  • Valid driver's license and motor vehicle check are required.
  • Preferred:

    • State licensing board approved clinical supervisor.
    • Two years leadership and management experience.
