Stanley Consultants is actively working in the Water Market in Minnesota and needs additional leadership to maintain our current market presence while assisting our existing team to build Stanley's water market presence. In doing so, this position will lead and deliver water, wastewater, and water resource projects in Minnesota and throughout the upper Midwest. In addition, water, wastewater, and water resources projects through Stanley Consultant's Federal Market may require travel nationally or internationally. This individual will be responsible for the development and management of all aspects of water resources, municipal water and wastewater utility system project planning, design, and services during construction. The Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer will ideally have a Minnesota network of water related connections and regional expertise in one or more of the following:

Stanley's Approach to Flexibility While some members choose to work out of their local office on a full-time basis, we offer a hybrid schedule for eligible positions consisting of two days a week in the office, two days a week remotely, and Friday being a flexible day that can be worked either in the office or at home.
