Dispersion Equipment Operator

• Operating large, automated mixing (dispersion) equipment
• Completing paperwork
• Operating forklifts and drum trucks - no previous experience required, we train!
• While this is a physical job and it includes standing, walking, bending, pushing/pulling, lifting, and climbing stairs, many of our team members appreciate that the work is not overly strenuous, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.
• Lift/carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Helping us grow by continuously improving our processes - we want your ideas!

• Two years of chemical production experience or experience operating dispersion equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a US Citizen or have US Permanent Resident Status.
