JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Nutritional lab of Dr. Kristina Petersen is seeking a team of dynamic and responsible undergraduates to join our highly productive research kitchen. We are looking for research assistants to help produce meals for controlled feeding studies in our recently renovated kitchen facility. We are seeking dedicated, reliable students who are capable of providing excellent customer service and familiar with food handling and production. Hospitality experience a plus, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and work as an individual or a part of a team depending on the study is our main requirement. Interested persons should be able to follow directions accurately, work quickly and efficiently and follow recipes and procedures. Flexible schedules requiring a minimum of 10 hours a week in a lab that operates Mon-Friday from 6:30-6:00 both during the academic year and summer. Excellent skill building and CV opportunity along with recommendation letters from Professor in charge.
