Description
The Psychologist is responsible for the care of patients in clinics, as well as research, educational and advocacy initiatives as determined by the Division and/or Center leadership. This psychologist position is integrated into a multidisciplinary primary care team. Psychologists with our team participate in direct patient care, interdisciplinary consultation work, program development, and have protected administrative time. Full-time Psychologist position based at Children's National Anacostia and THEARC primary care sites. Applicants must: 1) have attended an APA-accredited PhD/PsyD program in clinical psychology, health psychology (pediatric behavioral medicine), or comparable training program; 2) have completed an APA-accredited internship; and 3) be licensed in D.C. or license eligible. Preferred qualifications: 1) experience working with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds; 2) experience working in a primary care setting and/or on a multi-disciplinary team; 3) bilingual service provision.
