Pay: $75,000-95,000 / year Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Job Purpose: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for partnering with field managers and employees across all levels of the organization to drive departmental and business objectives. This position provides HR support and partners with all dealerships/sites within an assigned geographical area, supporting a minimum of 400 employees. The HRBP will spend approximately 30% of their time traveling locally and overnight. The HRBP provides consultation in areas such as Employee Relations, Change Management, Corporate Initiatives, Conflict Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and more.
