Performs daily activities of configuration and operation of business systems which may be mainframe, mini, or client/server based. Optimizes system operation and resource utilization, and performs system capacity analysis and planning. Provides assistance to users in accessing and using business systems. 1+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. DoD 8570 AIT lvl II or higher
