Job Scope:

As a Mechanical Estimator, you will collaborate seamlessly with our project management, estimating team and sales departments to estimate mechanical projects accurately. The ideal candidate will exhibit proficiency in utilizing estimating software, such as Accubid, and demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Exceptional analytical abilities and a solid commitment to customer service are essential for success in this role.

  Process project submittal requests promptly, ensuring completion within 24 hours.

  Review post-bid approvals for all assigned projects.

  Estimate changes for addendums on projects and ensure accurate documentation.

  Stay updated on current market conditions and innovations that could enhance productivity.

  Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends.

  Consult with other departments' clients, vendors, foremen, and personnel to formulate accurate estimates and resolve potential issues.
