Kennedy Jenks is seeking a driven Project Manager in Oregon. Come join one of KJ's largest and fastest growing markets! Key Responsibilities:


  • You will provide project management and engineering expertise on water/wastewater infrastructure projects, including water transmission pipelines, sanitary sewer collection systems, tanks/reservoirs, pump stations, and water and wastewater treatment.
  • Overseeing design delivery (plans, specifications, and cost estimates)
  • Supporting and managing services during construction.
  • Coordinating with in-house multi-discipline design teams (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls, and architectural) and specialized sub-consultants.
  • Managing all aspects of project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget and quality.
  • Participate in or lead business development efforts. Engage in direct client interactions. Coordinate with marketing staff to prepare proposals. Lead or participate in interview teams.
  • Collaborate with engineers and scientists at all levels to foster personal and professional growth within the industry. Mentor junior staff members and participate in hiring and recruiting efforts.

Qualifications:



  • BS or MS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or similar engineering field
  • 7+ years experience managing similar water infrastructure projects
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain PE registration within 6 months of hire
  • Ability to travel to project sites and potentially other Kennedy Jenks offices
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Energy, focus, and the desire to grow in your career
  • Site civil design, technical writing, and AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred

Salary range for this position is expected to be between $110,000 and $135,000, and may vary based upon education, experience, qualifications, licensure/certifications and geographic location.
