  • Pay: $90,000-110,000/year

  • Travel: 50-70%

  • To be based in: Kentucky or Tennessee, ideally

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Job Description Summary: The Reliability Specialist position works remotely, operating on site and in an on-call capacity to perform various maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and repair services on various elements of FLOXAL air separation equipment in the field or at the customer's location. The Reliability Specialist works safely in compliance with customer specifications, company and regulatory requirements.Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for completion of Field Service Technician (FST) training on APSA, Membrane, PSA, HYOS systems, etc.

  • Maintains operational efficiency and reliability on various air separation systems.

  • Works with Airgas Regions to schedule maintenance, plan reliability projects and maintain efficient and effective equipment performance.

  • Responsible for generating site specific reliability reporting.

  • Maintains drawings, equipment specifications and manuals, PLC programs and any other operational information for the FLOXAL systems and ancillary equipment.

  • Provides technical support to the FST group in troubleshooting, maintenance and system upgrades and modifications.

  • High School Diploma or its equivalent.

  • Two (2) or more years of experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous industrial gas experience
