Federal Client Manager

Cape Fox, subsidiary Mountain Point is seeking a qualified Federal Client Manager. The Federal Client Manager is responsible for managing existing client & strategic partner relationships and networking to create new market entry strategies with new clients and strategic partners. The successful candidate will be able to build off of our existing pipeline and work closely with the President and Operation Leaders to continue adding profitable backlog and IDIQ capacity.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

* Plan, evaluate and implement business development strategies that increase federal market share. Monitor and track pursuits with President and Operations Leads.

* Further build and maintain existing client relationships and introduce new client relationships. Recommend effective teaming arrangements.

* Meets with clients to develop relationships and identify new opportunities.

* Coordinate with Operations on backlog needs.

* Oversee Conference and other marketing coordination.

* Ensures that internal communication and coordination of efforts occurs and schedules are met.

* Network with strategic partners and track strategic initiatives.

* Supports development of proposals, marketing materials, and contract review.

* Perform other duties, as needed.
