Construction Contract Administration

• Raleigh

• Ensure that all design and construction documentation comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with other design professionals, consultants, and contractors to integrate various project components.
• Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design intent is being faithfully executed.
• Respond to requests for information (RFIs) and review and approve submittals.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.

• A professional degree in Architecture and/or the Construction Field and 7+ years of architectural / construction industry experience.
• Demonstrated project and production management.
• Established experience in contract administration critical.
• Excellent technical skills and code knowledge.
• The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
• Proficiency in Revit preferred but not required.

Salary is commensurate on experience and qualifications: $90,000 - $130,000.
