Passport Operations Regional Manager

Location: Remote (East Coast, West Coast, Central)

Clearance: Active Secret

Passport Operational Regional Managers provide managerial support for a team of Field Service Engineers at various Passport Agencies and Passport Centers across the United States. Regional managers coordinate schedules for Field Service Engineer to ensure all agencies are covered with the required resources and serve as a point of contact for escalation. These positions are responsible for system operations meeting or exceeding service level agreements and production standards as defined in the performance work statement.

NGPP is a complex program where Integral Federal, Inc. is leading the operations and enhancement efforts at 2 passport centers and 27 passport agencies across the country.



Responsibilities

    Provide Leadership and Management of Field Service Engineers to exceed operational requirements and drive customer satisfaction. Serves as Field Service Engineer escalation point of contact for printer operations and maintenance.
  • Oversees the management of daily printer operations, distribution and usage for consumable materials printer warranties and warranty renewal.
  • Preventative maintenance scheduling FST distribution and FST allocation and application based on available technicians.
  • Part inventory and distribution based on MTBF and MTBR metrics.
  • Ensures effective identification and management of issues, risks and opportunities.
  • Drive risk reductions and opportunity closure. Interacts / interfaces with Operations Manager for printer issue resolution beyond capability of Field Service Engineers to include printer Original Equipment Manufacturer.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience or 5+ direct years of experience with NGPP IAI BMPro and BMOne printers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer relationship skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of tools with the ability to quickly apply new techniques and concepts.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage issues, risks and opportunities for operations.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Must have an active SECRET security clearance.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience supporting the Department of State in an administrative, technical or operations capacity.
  • Understanding of Field Service operations for Next Generation Passport Printers.
  • Project Management Professional Certification.
