This role is in support of the BIO Business Area. Biometric Identity Technologies (BIO) Business Area (BA) aims to create a safer world where biometric solutions enhance everyday life, ensuring trust and reliability in every interaction. As ourHuman Resources Business Partner and OD Leader, you'll support HID's successby:

HR Business Partner will have responsibility for the HR Strategy of the BIO Business Area, while partnering closely with the BA Leaders and corporate HR resources, as appropriate. Given the BA strategy, this individual must be able to assess the organization, develop and implement strategies to deliver on the BA strategy including change management and, leadership development, Strategic Partnership: Develop a deep understanding of the business areas, their goals, and challenges. Collaborate closely with business area leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive performance and growth.



  • Organizational Development and Design: Leading efforts to analyze, design and implement organizational structures that support business objectives. Ensuring that organizational design initiatives enhance efficiency, effectiveness and employee engagement. Developing and executing workforce planning strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent in place to meet current and future business needs.
  • Change Management: Leading and supporting change management initiatives within the business areas, including organizational restructures, mergers, acquisitions, and process improvements. Providing guidance and support to leaders and employees to navigate and adapt to change effectively.
  • Talent Management: Partnering with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop effective strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Driving talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management processes to build a high-performance culture.
  • Employee Engagement: Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, morale, and overall employee experience.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilizing HR data and analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Providing counsel on a broad spectrum of issues and opportunities, including resolution of complex employee relations issues.

  • Extensive experience working in a multinational organization and collaborating with international stakeholders. Proven track record of developing and executing global HR strategies that align with corporate objectives and local contexts.
  • Proven ability to drive and implement HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Experience in talent management and employee engagement.



YourExperienceand Education include:




  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Over 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least two years in a strategic HR role
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) are highly desirable.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
