Who We Need

What You'll Do

• Leading and guiding Agile solution delivery teams
• Mentoring and guiding customers through the capture and prioritization of requirements as well as trade-off decisions for cost, schedule and capability
• Engaging customer management and governance bodies to aid them in effectively funding/staffing digital transformations and integrate them into their mission execution
• Aiding customers in navigating, integrating, swaying, or simply ignoring competing agendas and protectors of the status quo
• Continuously expand our solutions and sustain our reputation for rapidly onboarding DoD customers into effective and efficient digital engineering and Industry 4.0 solutions leveraging multiple cloud environments and classification levels.
• Build Partnerships with complimentary firms and solution providers
• Other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications

Required

• 10+ years of experience working in the DoD, preferably in the Navy or Army. Intelligence experience is a significant plus.
• IT solution road mapping and architecting experience desired.
• Demonstrated understanding of product development, manufacturing, and supply chain business processes.
• Knowledge of PLM, IoT, and ERP systems and how they interact with each other is a plus.
• Understanding of solutions development methodologies (e.g. DevOps, Agile, Software Development Lifecycle, etc.) is a plus.
• A passion for and understanding of weapon system systems engineering and product lifecycle management and the tools used to support the program and product support teams
• A desire to understand and optimize DoD Acquisition and Sustainment mission and objectives.
• Experience in delivering IT Solutions in commercial or DoD systems engineering, manufacturing, product development, maintenance repair and overhaul organizations
• Experience and understanding of the benefits and capabilities of CAD, CAM, CAE, PLM, MBSE, Digital Thread, Digital Twin to improve customer performance and effectiveness
• Ability to rapidly assess and learn how to effectively employ digital engineering and product lifecycle management solutions as well as best practices for deploying them in cloud, on-premise, and classified environments
• Ability to interpret tech jargon, software branding and translate it all into something the customer can understand and support
• An entrepreneurial spirit and mindset
• Most importantly, the ability to seek the advice of our expert staff and solution partners in defining customer solutions and ensuring customer's needs are meet within cost and schedule objectives
• Bachelor's degree. Masters Degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Project/Program Management experience managing technically complex efforts
• Experience in costing projects and balancing customer and corporate financial needs
• Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
• Consulting or a desire to quickly learn consulting project management
• Ability to Obtain DoD Secret and Top-Secret Security Clearance, Current Secret Preferred
