OverviewWe are building the Microsoft inference cloud. This is a new core foundational services powers all Copilots for Microsoft and AOAI (Azure OpenAI Service) customers. As the number of scenarios and customer usage of Copilot(s) increases, an efficient fabric optimizing availability and utilization of inference capacity is the key to fulfilling the fast-growing demand. In this mission. we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who will help us build scalable, highly available, distributed systems that form the base to realize ambitious Microsoft vision for AI. ResponsibilitiesBuild, deliver, and support high-quality distributed services to power the ML experienceTechnical leadership, coaching and mentoring a team of highly skilled Software EngineersProactively seek new knowledge and adapt to new trends, technical solutions, and patterns that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of platform while also driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scaleGuide discussions for the architecture of products/solutions and create proposals for architecture by testing design hypotheses and helping to refine code plans.
