ChampionX, has an immediate need for a Principal Engineer II located in Sugar Land, TX. This is your opportunity to join a large growing company offering a competitive base salary and benefits. The role is focused on development and support of the Network Optimization process by analyzing plant capabilities to support the manufacturing of products delivered to the customer at the lowest cost. The engineer will work with the Network Optimization Manager and Planning organization to achieve the best overall design of products produced, outsourced, and delivered to the market. Technical packages will be developed for materials to be relocated and the new producing location trained and prepared for the new manufacturing procedures. In addition, the engineer will work with the Process Technology team in developing standard processes and procedures to support driving improvements in the manufacturing plants. The individual must be an excellent communicator that can work effectively with personnel across R&D (Research & Development), Marketing, Procurement, and the global supply chain. The individual must possess a strong sense of ownership and be able to plan, organize, and conduct work that leads to data-based decision making. What's in it For You:
