Medical Assistant (Full Time)

Our Family Behavioral Health Team needs a full-time Medical Assistant who will create a positive environment by providing exceptional care and support services for adults, children of all ages and their families. This program provides family-centered treatment that is also trauma-informed as we help our clients learn skills to manage symptoms of anxiety and depressive disorders, ADHD/ADD, substance use disorders, and many other issues.

Your role includes client contact to monitor vital signs, lots of behind-the-scenes prescription processing, data management and support to the Prescriber and RNs. You will assist providers with patient care and be responsible for scheduling client appointments with the prescriber. Due to the fast-paced environment the individual must be detail oriented, highly organized and must have strong interpersonal skills! Familiarity with the electronic health record system is a must!

Education/Licensing Requirements: MA certification is required! Valid drivers license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle required.
