Job Title - Student Intern, Transmission
Location - Jackson, Michigan
Job Type - Onsite
Stanley Consultants Internship Program

Stanley Consultants is currently seeking a Transmission Student Intern for our Jackson, MI office.

What You Will Be Doing:



  • Support project teams, marketing, business development, and technical support.
  • Development of transmission line design parameters, technical design and project review
  • Development of transmission standards and specifications, preparation of studies and reports.
  • Assists in the collection and analysis of data from reports, maps, drawings, and aerial photographs to plan and design projects.
  • Assists in the preparation or modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, environmental impact studies, materials lists, permits and designs for projects.
  • Assists designers/technicians to reduce designs to working drawings. Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents.


Required Qualifications:



  • Must be enrolled in Bachelors in Electrical, Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be able to work in the United States legally for any length of time.
