As the Executive Assistant to the Dean, you will play a critical role in driving the success of the Bourns College of Engineering (BCOE)! You'll ensure the smooth operation of the Dean's Office by managing complex schedules, coordinating high-profile events, and handling sensitive matters with the utmost discretion.

The full salary range for the Executive Assistant is $61,000 - $106,800 annually. We base salary offers on various considerations, such as education, experience, and other business needs.

Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.

As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements.
