Postdoctoral Research Associate in "Mobile Sensing for Personalized Digital Health" The Sensing Systems for Health Lab at the University of Virginia is recruiting highly motivated candidates to collaborate on projects that involve creating and designing novel AI-enabled digital health systems. Experience in areas including mobile / wearable sensing, software development, machine learning, and signal processing to work on research in personalized behavioral health. The successful applicant will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop software and computational models that leverage data from mobile devices like smartphones and smartwatches to deliver health interventions. Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Candidates will have a Ph.D. in computer science, information science, biomedical informatics, or related field by the start date. They should have demonstrated excellence in one or more of the following fields as evidenced by publications in top tier journals and conferences or software products: machine learning, signal processing, mobile / wearable sensors, human factors, or human-centered computing.
