Responsibilities

The Clinical Dietitian provides appropriate patient nutritional care. Assesses the nutritional status of patients, formulates a care plan, coordinates its implementation, and evaluates its impact and effectiveness. Provides nutrition education to patients/families. Approves supplements as appropriate and assists in the development of a hospital formulary appropriate to the patient population.



Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

    Registered Dietitian Required.
  1. Licensed Dietitian (TX).
  2. One year healthcare experience desirable.
