The base pay range for this role is estimated at $107,000 - $160,0 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications: What You Will Do in the Role

As a Sr. Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of complex projects from inception to completion. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Accountable for all customer communication, documentation, and deliverables (e.g., Functional Design Specification, drawings, Acceptance Test Plan, etc.).
  • This Sr. PM will schedule contract review team meetings as part of the Project Kick-Off phase.
  • You will review, interpret, and handle the contract and any subsequent changes after sales turnover with the support and counsel of the Contract Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Project Planner or Scheduler to build, communicate, and update the project plan/schedule using established processes, methods, and tools.
  • Ensure smooth handover to Customer Service and the external customer with clearly defined and agreed-upon actions for project close-out.
  • You will collaborate with the Site Manager and the EHS&S Group on the safety of people, systems, and environment as per company or legislative requirements.
  • Conduct detailed project assessments, collect lessons learned, and prepare final close-out reports.
  • Accountable for project risk and opportunity management, including any risk mitigation strategies and actions with appropriate risk owners.
What You Will Need to Have

To excel in this role, you will have:

  • Remarkable emphasis on customer needs and proven track record to consistently achieve desired outcomes.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to navigate and operate in a highly matrixed global organization.
  • Ability to apply influence on the project team and functional departments to take actions to mitigate risks in scope, cost, and schedule internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of the constraints and methods for defining and demonstrating equipment, subsystem, and system performance criteria.
  • Understanding of the characteristics, constraints, and risks associated with a wide range of materials handled within a sophisticated material handling system.
  • Knowledge of various controls architectures of WMS and WCS integration related controls levels, and the functionality of controls domains.
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules for engineering, installation, and integration tasks, set by others involved in the project.
