Product Development Purchasing Intern

The Product Development Purchasing Team at CNH act as Project Managers, collaborating daily with numerous functions including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and others. The Team drives value to the organization by coordinating projects related to new product development, quality improvements, cost reduction, current product performance improvements, supplier delivery improvements, all to drive increased Customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Shadowing support of daily tasks for new (GPD) and current product critical projects (TCR, CPM).
• Review of cost reduction projects; facilitating the projects with Engineering/Manufacturing/Platform on project management and implementation of the projects.
• Competitive benchmarking project comparing CNH combine/header vehicle lineup and Purchased components.
• Shadowing of Design Engineers on small projects related to new product development.

Minimum Qualifications

• Pursuing a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or related degree area

This position will pay between $18-$35/hour.
