In this role, you'll have the opportunity to support technology transformation for the Campbells Snacks sales team by bringing new technology to front line sales teams and the vast network of Independent Distributor Partners. Your focus will be on managing and creating content across multiple platforms from start to finish as well as supporting the implementation of content strategies to drive engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic attitude and a passion for learning; including incorporating feedback from other team members, and a "no task is too big or too small" mindset. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated and has the ability to work with others independently. Hybrid work schedule based out of Global HQ in Camden, NJ. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $88,800-$127,700Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
