DoubleTree Hotel & Suites by the Galleria is looking for Breakfast Buffet Attendant that has a strong sense of urgency, good customer service skills with the ability to take initiative and work with little supervision. If this description fits you, submit your resume to apply!

Up to $1000 hiring bonus for new hires that meet eligibility requirements!

Required Skills & Abilities:

-Buffet attendance experience highly preferred

-Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency in a sometimes fast pace environment

-Must have the ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written

-Stand, walk for six (6) to eight (8) hours

-Carry/lift at least 25 pounds, push/pull at least 15 pounds

-Food handler certified

-Flexible availability to work any AM shift including holidays and weekends

Job Description:

-Set up breakfast buffet and assist servers with table settings

-Quality check food items before replenishing to ensure presentation meets guest expectations

-Maintain cleanliness of buffet, buffet area, buffet storage and server station area

-Assist servers with bussing tables, cleaning restaurant, perform side work and general cleaning tasks as needed

-Engage with customers and help provide a friendly and enjoyable breakfast experience
