Overview

Edgewater Federal Solutions is currently seeking an IT Project Manager to provide support to the Administrative Office of the US Courts (AOUSC) client, remotely.



Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include:

    • Provide leadership for all phases of Data Warehouse management, support and development including managing operations, reporting to stakeholders, vetting change requests and guiding new consolidation and cloud service initiatives
    • Oversee the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities for the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), ensuring consistent data availability and quality for key Judiciary systems such as CM/ECF, JIFMS, Defender Services Analytics (DSA), and eVoucher.
    • Manage and coordinate the onboarding of new courts into EDW data marts, ensuring proper ingestion and real-time replication of District and Bankruptcy court data.
    • Monitor and address ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and CDC (Change Data Capture) processes, ensuring timely updates and resolving performance issues across multiple judiciary data marts.
    • Oversee ticket management for case processing, financial, and operational data marts, assessing and prioritizing tickets based on complexity, and ensuring resolution of data-related issues.
    • Ensure data governance and management standards are adhered to, update data models, source-to-target mappings, and documentation as part of defect resolution and enhancement activities.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, develop proposed solutions, and manage deliverables, including reports, dashboards, and business intelligence tools.
    • Lead weekly status meetings with government stakeholders, providing activity reports, problem resolution plans, and updates on all ongoing enhancement/user support efforts.
    • Ensure proper user management, access control, and security compliance for all judiciary data marts and systems, including SAP Business Objects.


Qualifications

  • US Citizenship
  • Bachelors' degree or higher (in a related discipline)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing data reporting development and data warehouse operations
  • Strong background in data governance, ETL management, and business intelligence reporting systems.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a BPA or IDIQ
  • US Courts experience
  • Familiarity with SAP Business Objects, Momentum Financial System, and case management systems like CM/ECF

Salary: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00
