Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Chelmsford, MA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems, or systems.
  • Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.
  • Reviews, evaluates, and derives requirements for testability; develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for complete systems or subsystems.
  • Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
  • Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem or system-level evaluation reports that verify and validate system performance.
  • Writes reports and performs integration testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems, and systems.
  • A solid background in troubleshooting and debugging is essential, as this position will involve supporting the existing test equipment installed on the production floor and developing new equipment.

Pay: $79.04 / hr.

Hours: 4/10 hrs/Week (1st shift)

  • 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in programming test equipment and automating test and measurement solutions with LabVIEW Programming.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in TestStand.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Experience programming with Python.
  • 6 years Experience in Testing Lab.
  • 4 years experience in MS Office
  • Candidates should be familiar with measurement and test equipment.
  • Applicants should be familiar with test equipment, both new and old, and with the various vendors that manufacture it.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • Active Secret DoD Clearance
