Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the marketing of ABB's offerings to targeted market segments and manage the offerings throughout their lifecycle, in line with market needs and division/product group/business line strategy and targets. Each day, you will be accountable for the long-term profitable growth of an offer. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting business results by overseeing each step involved in the offer lifecycle including development, launch, go-to-market, maintenance, pricing, and profitability.
The work model for the role is: #LI - Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Motion Service Division.
You will be mainly accountable to:
*Analyze the global portfolio and based on the knowledge of the local market, identify which parts of the global portfolio should be offered to the local market. Drive the development of the global portfolio in a direction that suits local market requirements, based on the knowledge of the local market.
*Maintain and implement a Services Offer Management Strategy that includes a long-term vision and overall goals that are aligned to the business strategy, as well as relevant global product strategies. Develop and refine all processes linked to the portfolio's value chain.
*Develops and implements offering support and training to ensure high customer satisfaction in cooperation with global business area/division Marketing and Sales in collaboration with other business departments.
*Measure and track value delivery: monitor KPIs to track if the service offering is delivering the intended value to the customer. Use this data to further refine the value proposition. Facilitate the sales and tender process by ensuring that appropriate tools and support are in place.

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience working in a complex business environment with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform Power BI required.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com required.
  • Travel up to 30% is required
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
