Job Summary:

The Program Manager is responsible for personnel management, program advancement, direct services, expense management, and caseload operations of School Based services in Pelican Rapids, Wheaton, and across central MN.

Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Mental Health Practitioner qualifications as ascribed by DHS.
  • An additional two years of relevant experience working with the target population preferred.
  • Preference given to individuals with operations management or supervisory experience.
  • Valid driver's license and able to drive a vehicle.
  • Must pass MN Department of Motor Vehicle driving background check.
  • Statute 148-A Sexual Contact and Bureau of Criminal Affairs - Clearance required.
