Description

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Project Coordinator to join our fire business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate shop drawings and submittals between DavEd Fire and clients
  • Follow up to obtain approvals of shop drawings and submittals
  • Order equipment from the approved bill of materials and place orders with our vendors
  • Communicate with contractors and clients on equipment delivery requests
  • Track backordered equipment and update contractors
  • Coordinate project review meetings with the sales and design teams
  • Update backlog with all project notes
  • Work with service managers to schedule the field technicians for testing and programming appointments
  • Follow up with any deficiencies noted during the system commissioning and testing phases
  • Prepare progress billing invoices for each project
  • Prepare closeout invoices for each project
  • Provide clients with closeout documentation for each project


Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelors of Science degree or equivalent industry work experience
  • Must be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Must be proficient in multi-tasking
  • Must be highly organized and posses excellent follow up skills


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Three to Five years experience in the Construction Market a plus
  • Knowledge of the Fire Alarm Industry a plus



Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
