They aim to enhance members' financial well-being and make decisions that benefit the members while considering the credit union's interests.

  • Adherence to established multi-factor authentication procedures reduces the risk of fraud.

  • The credit union is in compliance with all requirements of BSA, OFAC, and the USA Patriot Act/Customer Identification Act (CIP).


Capability Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years' lending experience required.
  • Sales experience required.
  • Professional well developed written and interpersonal communication skills essential for interacting with members and co-workers.
  • Knowledge of deposit accounts and loan products.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to changing situations and multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Working knowledge of basic business math, including ability to perform dividend, interest, payoff, equity, and certificate penalty calculations.
  • Ability to accept loan applications and payments and perform routine maintenance on basic consumer loans.
  • Must have or be able to attain a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) number.
