Position Summary The Group Exercise & Fitness Programs Coordinator is responsible for the administrative oversight of land & water group exercise class offerings, including the support and supervision of instructors, ongoing assessment of fitness trends, class attendance statistics and other factors involved in creating monthly schedules. The Group Exercise & Fitness Programs Coordinator will ensure all equipment and supplies are maintained in relation to the classes and make recommendations for new purchases. Essential Functions
Working Conditions Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to be able to lift up to 40lbs. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinets drawers and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone. Minimum Qualifications
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Education
High School or Equivalent (required)
Experience
Competent in basic Microsoft suite: Outlook, Word, Excel. Comfort with learning reservation and customer database systems. (required)
