Assists in the project planning process with team members, sometimes with clients and business analysts. Assists in the development of work plan timelines. May manage workflows to meet sub-project timeframes. Participate in the identification of system requirements. Complies with architecture processes, principles, policies and standards. Design components for small solutions. Develop technical specifications for applications. Makes recommendations for the development of new code or reuse of existing code. Complies with quality standards and procedures. Develops or modifies application components using disciplined software development processes. Utilizes current data guidelines. Utilizes middleware tools for designing and developing solutions when required. Documents new or modified components and testing activities/results. Provides ongoing maintenance of applications. Analyze existing applications to identify and document opportunities for improvements. Makes components production ready by moving them to libraries, completing forms, following procedures, completing version control documents, etc. Assists in providing Tier II (application) support. Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed. #LI-Hybrid
