About the Role

As the Vice President of Client Sales & Support, you will be a trusted advisor to our largest insurance client partners. Your role will involve designing and implementing best-in-class claims programs that deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll leverage your expertise to help clients uncover and address critical business needs, all while expanding Safelite's footprint within their organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management: Personally manage a portfolio of key and strategic customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and collaborating with internal partners to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Customer Solution Design: Influence top management to identify strategic outcomes and lead cross-functional teams to design and implement tailored solutions that meet mid- to long-term customer needs.
  • Business Management: Collaborate with the sales operations team to analyze market trends, monitor financial results, and optimize resource use, ensuring business results for large and complex insurance client partners.
  • Customer Relationship Development: Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives of strategic clients, identifying opportunities to expand Safelite's offerings and increase value creation.
  • Data-Driven Improvement: Use data-driven analyses to identify and implement product and service improvements that enhance business performance for both Safelite and client organizations.
  • Digital Vision and Strategy: Work with digital and customer experience teams to illustrate the value of digital strategies and deliver successful innovation projects that enhance the end-user experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 10+ years of experience as a trusted advisor for national clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including contract development.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce account management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Expertise in identifying key buying influences and using data to deliver insights and drive decision-making.
