Role Overview:

The Business Planning Team supports the Corporate Marketing Organization and Enterprise Partners through (1) management of Marketing's integrated roadmap and portfolio of work, (2) discovery, mobilization, and delivery management of integrated programs and projects that support the goals of Marketing and our Enterprise Partners, and (3) the empowerment of Marketing employees to organically grow and collaborate to achieve business outcomes.

What great looks like in this role:

  • You are a motivated, energetic, adaptable, and extremely detail-oriented candidate who can seamlessly mobilize, plan, and manage a large portfolio of diverse, integrated marketing programs such as brand campaigns, cross-channel campaigns to drive corporate leads, production and roll out of digital marketing and MarTech tools & platforms, and Gen AI foundational capabilities.
  • You are eager to engage with and listen to employees and partners of all levels, bringing passion, strategic planning detail, and thoughtfulness to every interaction. You have strong teamwork skills, excellent written and verbal communications, and the capacity to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization. You have a firm handle on leading meetings, solving problems & proposing solutions, facilitating workshops & synthesizing outputs, and asking questions.
  • You take initiative and you are a process-oriented problem solver & critical thinker with the ability to manage multiple efforts and balance work strategically. You have incredibly strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work in a deadline-driven environment, including proficiency in using digital tools and platforms.

What You'll Do:

  • Ability to understand a complex strategy and collaborate with key stakeholders to concisely and accurately define a plan and mobilize teams to drive the strategy's outcomes, accounting for critical elements such as roadmap planning, project plan development, task sequencing & dependencies, and team charters.
  • "Connect the dots" within (1) an individual project, and (2) across multiple projects/portfolios of work, considering how varying elements of strategy, planning, and workstream deliverables may ladder up, ladder down, or ladder across work to inform critical decisions and dependencies.
  • Lead by example to foster a strong culture of collaboration and teamwork, with a key focus on driving and supporting innovation and inclusiveness.
  • Seamlessly influence the delivery of cross-functional project teams' outcomes and deliverables by collaborating with stakeholders of all levels to foster problem solving, provide planning resources and tools, facilitate conversations & workshops (and synthesize outputs into an actionable plan), draw strategic connection points, and drive timelines.
  • Develop and manage the lifespan of large, detailed projects, while accounting for the ability to quickly and easily adapt to changing plans, deadlines, and adjusting sequencing.
  • Identify, summarize, and mitigate project risks and issues, always bringing a solution to the table or taking the initiative to facilitate a discussion that will drive a solution.
  • Ability to manage operational project elements such as budget and resource allocation.
  • Regularly take the initiative to think outside the box and assess and improve processes and resources, constantly learning and evolving to foster continuous improvements.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills (including internal employees and third-party partner resources).
  • Strong written and verbal communications, especially regarding public speaking, email communications, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and partner with both colleagues and business leaders to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-starter, process-orientated problem solver, with the ability to manage multiple efforts and balance work strategically.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize work in a deadline driven environment. Detail-oriented is an absolute must.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms - specifically, strong command of PowerPoint is required, and familiarity with Adobe Workfront would be a great value-add.

Experience:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in project planning and/or project management; please note that work samples will be requested.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$108,000 - $130,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
