JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State Abington's Student Affairs Division is seeking an Employer Engagement Coordinator to assist individuals in the development of career-life plans that include the exploration of career identity and career possibilities. This position supports students, faculty, staff, and community members in the formulation of career development goals and the development of skills and strategies for achieving career/vocational goals. The Coordinator also provides career coaching and counseling to undergraduate and graduate students, alumni, and University employees and partners and forms relationships with employers to match students with career opportunities.

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades is: $51,000.00 - $74,000.00Salary Structure - additional information on Penn State's job and salary structure.
