About the Job.JPI has an exciting opportunity for a Project Owner Accountant to join our Financial Services team located in Dallas, TX. The Project Owner Accountant is responsible for all aspects of financial management and support related to ongoing development activities for JPI projects. The position works closely with the Development team, including senior management, to ensure that all project soft costs are appropriately accounted for and controlled. The position also works closely with the Project GC Accounting Team to ensure seamless handover of financial data and processes related to project hard costs. This position will also work closely with the Real Estate Accounting team and the corporate accounting team to ensure all financial entries are properly posted and reconciled. The Project Owner Accountant position has direct career progression to Senior and Lead positions, each representing higher levels of experience, responsibility, and oversight.
