Location: Hartford Office/ Financial Services- 7800 NW 85th Terrace, Suite 200, OKC OK 73132 Shift: Full-Time, Days. Responsibilities The Senior Disbursement Coordinator will be responsible for processing invoices and disbursements for Oklahoma Heart Hospital and all related entities, processing check requests and handling more complex invoicing issues. In addition, this team member will verify that the merchandise/service was received and the amount billed is in accordance with the purchase request or other approved documents, (i.e. check request, expense reports, etc.) The Senior Disbursement Coordinator will serve as a resource for training and problem resolution for other members of the Accounts Payable team while ensuring that all reference and training materials are kept up to date. This position will also assist with testing and implementing any system or process changes or enhancements. The Senior Disbursement Coordinator will interact with a wide variety of personnel in all departments of the system and will perform all work in accordance with the mission, vision and values of the Oklahoma Heart Hospital. Qualifications Education: High School education or equivalent. 6 hours of college or technical school coursework in Accounting preferred. Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years of experience processing vendor invoices and related accounting tasks. Working Knowledge: Must be proficient on a personal computer and have experience with Microsoft Office including Excel. Every team member at OHH plays an integral role in our patients' experience.
