Overview
Nisga'a CIOPS provides hands-on experienced services to civilian and DoD programs worldwide. Delivering highly skilled, cleared personnel who provide services on five continents for a portfolio of customers. Summary: The Mission Support Analyst shall be responsible for the overall management of NSEP's military personnel programs and processes.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure all required forms, memorandums, letters, documents, and packages are properly formatted and accomplished in a timely manner.
- Coordinate personnel actions with 1 AF/A1 and/or Air Reserve Personnel Center for final processing.
- Shall serve as the NSEP Directorate's military evaluations program manager.
- Track and ensure all military officer and enlisted performance reports are accomplished in a timely manner.
- Review all evaluations for administrative and/or corrective actions and recommends changes.
- Process "Change of Rater" forms and ensures all appropriate personnel are notified. Ensures the system is updated to reflect the change.
- Shall serve as the NSEP Directorate's promotions program manager.
- Ensure all promotion recommendations form packages are properly formatted and accomplished in a timely manner to meet the board requirements.
- Assist in additional types of promotions for officer and enlisted personnel (accelerated, positions vacancy, etc.)
- Review all promotion recommendations for administrative errors and recommends changes, and/or corrective actions.
- Shall track and ensure all military promotion recommendations are accomplished in a timely manner.
- Shall serve as the NSEP Directorate's military awards and decorations program manager.
- Shall review all decorations for administrative and/or corrective actions and recommends changes.
- Track and ensures all military awards and decorations are accomplished in a timely manner.
- Assist in the processing of civilian decorations for government employees.
- Shall update monthly key indicators.
- Maintain library of best practices and current policies for promotion and evaluations on MS Teams for reference by raters and members.
Qualifications

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a background in military personnel programs.
- Minimum of 5 years of human resources/force support/A1-related program. Must also have a working knowledge/experience utilizing a variety of Air Force personnel management applications such as VPC-GR, Virtual Military Personnel Flight, PRDA, AROWS, and LeaveWeb and have ability to access these programs.
- Minimum of five years of mission support functional experience preferred (communications, civil engineering, or security forces) with prior DSCA, unit/base-level. Experience working in a Service Component, MAJCOM, and/or Combatant Command is highly desired.
- US citizen
- Must have a Secret clearance
