Description

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Support Sales Team:

    • Assist the sales team with daily tasks, including responding to customer inquiries, preparing sales documents, and managing communication.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and sales calls.
    • Provide support during the sales process by answering client queries and resolving issues.


  • Order Processing & Documentation:

    • Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete.
    • Track orders and manage logistics, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Generate sales reports, track metrics, and update CRM systems with relevant data.


  • Customer Service:

    • Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, handling inquiries, and solving product or service-related issues.
    • Maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent communication and problem resolution.


  • Sales Reporting:

    • Assist in preparing sales forecasts and analyze data to support the sales team's decision-making process.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales performance.
    • Prepare presentations and reports for sales meetings and team briefings.


  • Product Knowledge & Training:

    • Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services to effectively assist the sales team and customers.
    • Train new sales staff on internal tools, processes, and product information.




Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and sales tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and sales-related issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales representatives, management, and other departments.
  • Accurate in order entry, sales documentation, and reporting.
