Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a Digital Business Partner to join our team at our facility in Hudson, WI. As a Digital Business Partner within the MPS Division of Molex, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation. You will collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement digital solutions that enhance business processes, improve efficiencies, and drive growth. Your expertise will bridge the gap between business needs and digital capabilities, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. The leading task of quality control involves enforcing the use of specified processes and materials, ensuring the qualification of operators and equipment, and making a series of planned measurements to determine if quality standards are being met. What You Will Do * Engage with business leaders to understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and provide strategic guidance on leveraging digital technologies. * Partner and collaborate with business stakeholders to define business requirements, coaching them in Design Thinking methodology to uncover improvement areas in people, processes, and technology. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams across MPS and Molex Digital, leveraging MPS's business expertise and Molex Digital's technical expertise to define and implement tailored solutions and initiatives. * Effectively plan, organize, and oversee projects, ensuring timely and successful execution. * Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices, and provide recommendations for their adoption within the organization. * Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement. * Promote digital transformation and drive a culture of innovation within the organization. Coach and support stakeholders in data literacy, data governance, and self-service analytics to empower informed decision-making. * Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and concepts. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Proven skills in business analysis, consulting, digital transformation, or related areas that demonstrate the ability to drive business success through digital initiatives. * Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and monitoring. * Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams to communicate business needs and support the development of innovative solutions. * Demonstrated capability to excel both autonomously and collaboratively within diverse, cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. What Will Put You Ahead * Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, engineering, or a related field. * In-depth knowledge of digital transformation trends and best practices. * Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business processes and objectives. * Proficient in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization, with the ability to craft compelling data stories that drive data-driven decision-making. * Experience in change management and driving organizational change * Familiarity with digital technologies such as cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation.
