The Growth engineering team is responsible for user acquisition, engagement, retention, and feature development that drives rapid growth, while collaborating with our Product Management, Design, Data Scientists, and AI Research teams to deliver impactful results. Our newly formed organization, Microsoft AI (MAI), is dedicated to advancing Copilot and other consumer AI products and research. ResponsibilitiesCare deeply about building outstanding consumer-grade mobile applications. Build consumer grade applications for iOS. Ship high-quality, well-tested, secure, and maintainable code. Work with product managers, data scientists, and marketing to implement strategies that drive user growth, engagement, and retention. This includes optimizing onboarding flows, improving product features, and delivering scalable infrastructure. Find a path to get things done despite roadblocks to get your work into the hands of users quickly and iteratively. Enjoy working in a fast-paced, design-driven, product development cycle.
